We have established relationships with gas engineers, electricians, cleaners and decorators, so not only will your property be kept in good condition, but your tenants will be happy too.

We understand that effective property management is about good communication between landlords, agents and tenants. That’s why we make sure we keep in touch, so you know what’s happening along every step of the way. We’re available seven days a week, with an after-hours phone service, so there’ll always be someone to help you out.
What if I have problem tenants?
As we believe in helping with every aspect of property management, we are one of the few agents that will give you 100% help with problem tenants. We will prepare the appropriate court papers and notices to recover possession of the property, and will also attend court where necessary.
Of course, we hope it won’t come to this, which is why we make sure all prospective tenants are thoroughly vetted through a referencing agency before they sign their tenancy agreements.
We will also make sure that you are protected by following the legal and safety requirements for rental properties. Before a tenant moves in, we will arrange for a gas safety certificate and a portable electrical appliance safety test to be carried out. We will also complete a detailed inventory of the property with photos.
